For Transcriptionists, if an assignment is much more challenging than usual—faster turnaround, harder audio to decipher, intense terminology, or for Sales Assistants—if you produce higher returns than other Associates, we reward you for excellent work by paying you accordingly.

It's tough (or honestly quite impossible) to care about providing your best work for a company who doesn't care about you; horrendous corporate dragons who expect the moon and stars, but are scarcely willing to compensate for making them a priority, pushing back projects and deadlines to accommodate them, literally moving your entire life and schedule around to make sure that their work gets done.

We've worked for people like that, too—and it sucks.

Why is that so hard for them to grasp? We haven't the foggiest, but we do know that it isn't long before a human being decides to stop giving those types of corporations your best, A+ effort, and start giving them just enough to get a B or C grade until something better comes along.

The bottom line is that we respect you just as long as you respect us.

We can't make it without top-notch associates who are excellent at what they do, and who truly care about producing a quality product. That's something we vow never to forget.

And so, the better quality work you consistently produce, the better you're paid for it.
